Taking the F.I.T challenge in the face of obesity

Forever Living Products' new weight management programme ‘F.I.T’ has been launched in the UK, at a time when obesity levels in the country continue to rise.

The healthy living course lasts 69 days and comprises three phases, building on the company’s ‘Clean 9’ programme. Education is also a key part of F.I.T, with supporting guides provided.

The first element of the new programme, ‘C9’, involves a nine day cleanse and the use of dietary supplements and meal replacement shakes. It is designed to kick-start weight loss and begin improvements to health and fitness.

‘F.I.T.1’ is the second part of the programme, and is a 30 day regime that requires exact portions of supplements, shakes and bars. Dieters should begin to break old habits and develop healthier, long-term ones.

Finally, ‘F.I.T.2’ is also 30 days in length and builds lean muscle and body tone, incorporating high-protein nutritional products.

In a recent F.I.T challenge at Forever Living, Ron Kafesu saw his waist size reduced from 33 to 28 inches. "The F.I.T. programme not only helped me to learn the importance of nutrition and exercise, it also helped me to fine tune my eating and exercise habits, allowing me to transform my whole body,” he said.
